How do I make a hotel reservation?

Follow the link in the registration portal under Hotel Reservations or contact the hotel via telephone at (216) 413-5000, press 1, and give the group code SCJC.  Please note the hotel lodging cutoff date is Friday, July 28, 2023.

Can my guest(s) attend breakout sessions?

Guests are not invited to attend breakout sessions, however, several lunches and fee-based offerings include guest participation as identified during the guest registration process.  If your guest is an attorney and wishes to obtain CLE credit for attendance at the 2023 Sixth Circuit Judicial Conference, they must register and pay the applicable fee to attend. 

What type of payment is accepted?

Payments are accepted online by credit card.  Payments on-site will be accepted by credit card and check.  No cash payments will be accepted.

What if I can’t locate my registration confirmation email?

Email ca06-conf@ca6.uscourts.gov.

Can I update my registration choice on site at the conference?

Please see a STAFF member at the Registration Desk. 

Cancellations of fee-based items after August 18, 2023, at 5:00 PM (EDT), are not eligible for refunds.

When will my credit card be charged?

Credit cards will be charged at the time of registration.

When will my balance due be processed? 

Balances due will be processed and credited to your credit card on file within 48 hours.

How do I modify my registration?

Locate your 2023 Sixth Circuit Judicial Conference registration confirmation email. 

Select “Click here to review or update your registration” > Select the MODIFY REGISTRATION button > CONTINUE > Scroll through the registration path, making applicable changes as you proceed > Choose CONTINUE. 

If you have a guest attached to your registration, choose the edit button for your guest (to the right of guest name-middle button) > Scroll through the registration path, making applicable changes as you proceed > Choose CONTINUE > Scroll to bottom of page to complete applicable payment. 

Applicable balance due will be processed and credited to your credit card on file within 48 hours.

How do I cancel my registration?

Locate your 2023 Sixth Circuit Judicial Conference registration confirmation email. 

Select “Click here to review or update your registration” > Select the MODIFY REGISTRATION button > CONTINUE > Scroll through the registration path until you reach “Registrant Details.”  If you have a guest, you must cancel their registration first:  choose the “x” in the box associated with their record to cancel followed by the same process to cancel the main registration.
