This session will provide practical advice for litigating gun cases after recent Second Amendment shifts triggered by Bruen and Rahimi. The Sixth Circuit's decision on United States v. Williams established a "dangerousness" inquiry for felons possessing firearms. How should litigators (and courts) approach that test, and should the test extend to cases involving other statutes?
