Adam Unikowsky is a partner in the Appellate & Supreme Court practice group at Jenner & Block in Washington, DC. He litigates cases in several areas of law, including patent law, administrative law, and Native American law. Adam also writes a Substack newsletter focused on artificial intelligence in the legal system and other legal topics. Adam clerked for Justice Antonin Scalia and Judge Douglas Ginsburg on the D.C. Circuit. He graduated from Harvard Law School and received undergraduate and graduate degrees from MIT in electrical engineering and computer science.
