Description
The Sentencing Guidelines remain a key piece of federal sentencing. In this session we will hear from the Chair of the Sentencing Commission and former Commissioner about recent changes to the Guidelines, as well as a look-ahead to potential amendments on the horizon. The judges will also provide some practice tips for attorneys handling federal criminal cases.
