Representatives from the Sixth Circuit Civics & Outreach Committee, the Eastern District of Tennessee Community Outreach Committee, and the American Board of Trial Advocates discuss the challenges of establishing and sustaining a committee and outreach program and how a committee that includes attorneys, educators, and court staff lends itself to sustainability and vigor. The discussion includes examples of how committees can partner with Federal Bar Association chapters and national groups to offer programs and obtain funding.
