Many Supreme Court cases arose from Cleveland, including Cleveland Board of Education v. LaFleur (pregnancy discrimination), Cleveland Board of Education v. Loudermill (procedural due process), Jacobellis v. Ohio (obscenity), Lehman v. City of Shaker Heights (First Amendment), Mapp v. Ohio (exclusionary rule), Sheppard v. Maxwell (prejudicial pretrial publicity), Terry v. Ohio (stop and frisk), and Village of Euclid v. Ambler Realty Co. (zoning). This tour with Professor Jonathan Entin examines sites where some of these cases arose.
