This presentation takes place at Severance Hall, home of the Cleveland Orchestra. Attorney and musician Mark Avsec weaves his legal and musical expertise to present this highly entertaining program on copyright law from the stage, equipped with a piano he plays throughout. The session will hit the salient cases from Arnstein v. Porter through Townsend v. Sheeran, with a special nod to the Sixth Circuit’s role.

Please note the end time for this session is flexible, but will be no later than 5 PM. Transportation is provided via charter and buses will be available for loading at 1:45 PM along the Southwestern side of the hotel on Ontario Street.
